VOLUNTEER:Another way to support us is to donate your time and talents as a Volunteer. Please contact us to discuss volunteer opportunities. HOME AND SCHOOL ASSOCIATION:Home and School provides fun activities for the families of Menominee Catholic Central in connections with school programs and certain holidays. We are responsible for: - Uniform Exchange during Orientation.
- The back to school BBQ
- Fall Festival in October (our major fundraiser that Catholic Order of Foresters matches funds for specific purchases for the school [ex: lockers, playground equipment, die cut machines, etc]
- Veterans Day Program (we provide cake and beverages for the Veterans and the 4th and 5th grade students that host the program)
- Halloween Party
- Science Fair (we provide drinks and desserts)
- Secret Santa Shop
- Catholic School Week (we usually provide a bagel/muffin breakfast for parents/grandparents, and a gift card for teachers to reimburse them for supplies purchased for their classroom)
- Principal's Birthday (we provide pizza, cake, and drinks for the whole school)
- Spring Book Fair Family Night (we provide activities and food based on the Book Fair Theme)
- Teacher/Staff Appreciation Week (we give the teachers and staff little gifts all week to show them they are “appreciated” at our school
- Last day of school picnic.
This year we have added a Brat Sale (held at a local grocery store) to our fundraisers to supplement our general funds in order to accomplish all we do during the school year.
